 Tricia and John celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary on Saturday August 16, 2008 at Bundoora Village Community Center. It was a grand occassion as family and friends came from all around the globe to celebrate with Trish and John.
There were many highlights from the evening including our very talented females relatives and friends bringing down the house with their group singing perfomances.

 Congratulations to John Beare who turned 80 years of age on Friday February 15, 2008. A big celebration was planned at Janefield and then at the Bundoora Pub. We will be posting pictures and stories of the grand day when they become available...

Hi, everyone -- I apologize for having slacked off in keeping these results posted. We've had a hectic few weeks here but hopefully things are now getting back on track. (I won six of my tips last week... much better than in recent rounds!) Just to show how much can happen in a few rounds, Dawn and Tim have come from behind to take the lead - Congratulations!

 Congratulations to Brandon for taking the lead this week in Bronwyn's Footy Tips! Tied for 2nd place now are Bronie, Corey, Dawn, Jacquelyn & Ruby. (Ruby had 6 big wins to jump from 12th to 6 place - Daddy David meanwile makes a modest climb from 19th to 18th)...
Fonzie slides to 11th, Pa jumps from 17th to 12th -- and consistency awards go to Peter, David, Mike & Nanny for holding down the bottom spots for two weeks in a row. Still 19 weeks to go, so anything can happen - good luck! |
